Cancellation policy

Low Season (from 01/05 to 31/05; from 10/01 to 12/12; from 05/02 to 31/05): No-shows/Cancellation/Modifications 2 days prior to arrival the Hotel reserves the right to charge 01 night.

Middle Season (from 01/06 to 30/06; from 15/09 to 30/09): No-shows/Cancellations/Modifications 7 days before the date of arrival the Hotel reserves the right to charge 02 nights.

High season (from 01/07 to 31/08; from 01/09 to 14/09): No-shows/Cancellations/Modifications 14 days prior to arrival the Hotel reserves the right to charge 03 nights.

Early departure, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the full stay.

"The NRF rate (non-refundable rate) is a rate that in case of cancellation, at any time, the Hotel charges the entire stay."
